PURPOSE: A composition for preventing and ameliorating hypertension and thrombosis is provided to lower high blood pressure and suppress thrombosis by taking an AGA-soybean extract which contains non-glycoside isoflavone as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing and ameliorating hypertension and thrombosis comprises an AGA-soybean extract as an active ingredient. The AGA-soybean extract is made by extracting with a solvent selected from a group consisting of water, C1-C5 of alcohol, ether, hexane, benzene, chloroform, and ethyl acetate.
