The present invention relates to a holding device which can hold a plate shape product with a different size, and improves a holding performance. A switch (54) is installed at a cross of a first bar (40) installed at shorter sides (35C, 35D) of a frame unit (35) of the holding device (10) and a second bar (46) installed at longer sides (35A, 35B) to be moved. A side surface of a smartphone (60) is inserted from a width direction of a car at a first side surface inserting unit (64) of the switch (54) and an extended installation unit (44) of a first bar (40). A side surface of the smartphone (60) is inserted from a vertical direction of a car at a second side surface inserting unit (66) of the switch (54) and an extended installation unit (50) of a second bar (46). A corner (60A) of the smartphone (60) is inserted from a front-and-back direction of the smartphone (60) between a plate (26) and a surface insertion unit (69) of the switch (54) by a compression coil spring. Edges (60E, 60F) of the smartphone (60) are inserted between the plate (26) and one of the longer sides (35B) and the shorter side (35C) of the frame unit (35) of a base (34) from a front-and-rear direction of the smartphone (60). |
