Disclosed are isolated miRNA nucleic acid molecules comprising SEQ ID No. 1 or SEQ ID No. 2; a fragment or an analog thereof having hybridization ability of the miRNA to regulate expression of one or more of keratin 1 and keratin 10; or a skin external application composition comprising the same. In one aspect of the present invention, disclosed is a method of screening a keratogenesis regulatory substance using the miRNA nucleic acid molecules, or the fragment or the analog thereof.
