The present invention relates to a manufacturing method for eyeglasses coated with artificial wool, which comprises as follows: a masking step (S10) which distinguishes an artificial wool coating area from a non-coating area on the surface of eyeglasses (1), and performs taping; a preprocessing step (S20) which coats primer (P) on the taped surface of the eyeglasses (1) through the masking step (S10) in order to strengthen adhesion; a bond coating step (S30) which coats bond (B) through a spraying method on the surface of the eyeglasses (1) coated with the primer through the preprocessing step (S20); a flocking step (S40) which removes the taping on the surface of the eyeglasses (1) coated with the bond (B) through the bond coating step (S30), and then coating and attaching artificial wool (W); a drying step (S50) which stores the eyeglasses (1) attached with the artificial wool (W) through the flocking step (S40) and drying the eyeglasses at 50-70 deg C for 30-60 minutes; and a cleaning step (S60) which removes foreign materials on the artificial wool (W) of the eyeglasses (1) dried through the drying step (S50). Therefore, the manufacturing method for eyeglasses can be safely worn by a user who has a metal allergy by coating artificial wool on the surface of eyeglasses, can prevent a slip of the eyeglasses due to sweat in summer, and can maintain a proper temperature for the eyeglasses in winter.
