The present invention relates to a rail assembling apparatus for alignment setting of a rail forming an embedded track. According to an embodiment, the rail assembling apparatus for alignment setting of a rail installed on an embedded track includes a rail distance fixing frame which controls the entire lengths of frames on both sides by rotating an adjust bolt in the middle thereof and has supporting parts on the frames to be seated on a concrete panel by extending vertically downward; rail fixing frames which are coupled to the bottoms of both ends of the rail distance fixing frame and have rail catching parts on ends curved vertically downward; and cant controlling volts which are vertically coupled to the rail distance fixing frame and control the vertical distance between the upper surface of the concrete panel and the rail distance fixing frame. Therefore, the rail assembling apparatus for alignment setting of a rail forming an embedded track can increase workability of rail alignment setting, reduce construction period and work time, and reduce costs for installation of a rail by accurately and simply adjusting the distance and cant between rails and the direction and inclination angle of the rails.
