Disclosed is a bilge suction system of a thruster canister. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bilge suction system of a thruster canister comprises a control part which is arranged inside a canister and which has a main pump; a first suction part connected to the main pump through a first suction line to absorb a bilge from a space between a hull and the canister or a thruster room; and a second suction part connected to the main pump through a second suction line to absorb a bilge inside the thruster room.
