PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately carry out quality determination of a coated state, even when a displacement occurs during inspection in a positional relation between imaging means such as a camera, and a workpiece coated with a coating object.SOLUTION: A coating state inspection device includes: imaging means which images a workpiece W coated with a coating object; closed region extraction means which divides an image obtained from the imaging means into a coating region coated with the coating object and a region other than the coating region, and extracts two or more closed regions enclosed by the coating region; reference mark determination means which obtains a reference point for the closed regions respectively, and determines a reference position and a reference direction from the reference point in accordance with prescribed rules; and quality determination means which, in carrying out quality determination of a coated state by comparing a coating locus extracted from the coating region with a reference coating locus, compares the two loci after matching the reference position and the reference direction. |
