PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mental health support system capable of supporting a returner to smoothly exercise his/her own work force and to continuously maintain willingness to work.SOLUTION: Support information creating means 53 monitors whether a response to a questionnaire is input to questionnaire data management means 51 from a patient input/output terminal 10. When a response to the questionnaire is made, the questionnaire data management means 51 displays a request for having an interview with the patient to a high-order manager on a high-order manager input/output terminal 20 on the same day. When no result of the interview is made from the high-order manager input/output terminal 20 to interview data management means 52 by the a predetermined point of time of the day the response to the questionnaire is made, a notification that an interview with the patient is not made yet by the high-order manager is issued to the high-order manager input/output terminal 20 and a health manager input/output terminal 30.
