PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitoring device that can obtain the system electric quantity of each point of a distribution line at appropriate timing while suppressing increase in traffic.SOLUTION: A monitoring device obtains measurement results of a plurality of measuring instruments measuring respective system electric quantities at multiple points of a power line placed on a power system. The monitoring device comprises: a determination unit for determining whether a voltage value of the power line measured by each of the plurality of measuring instruments is within a prescribed range determined for each of the plurality of measuring instruments; and an acquisition unit for acquiring measurement results of the plurality of measuring instruments to have a voltage estimation value calculated at a prescribed point of the power line if it was determined the voltage value was not within the prescribed range. The prescribed range is a second range smaller than a first range of voltage of the power line determined to make voltage supplied to users within a stipulated range.
