PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device and a control method of the display device.SOLUTION: The display device includes an input unit which receives a user message, a video output unit which displays a plurality of agents, and a controller which analyzes the user message and generates an agent message for at least one of the plurality of agents on the basis of an analysis result of the user message. The controller generates agent messages so that they are mutually different among the plurality of agents. The display device may display the agent messages generated in this manner, on the video output unit. If the display device includes an audio output unit, the agent messages may be output by voice.
