PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display, an array substrate and a method of manufacturing the array substrate.SOLUTION: The array substrate includes a substrate, and a thin film transistor and a pixel electrode formed on the substrate. The thin film transistor includes a gate electrode, a gate insulation layer, an active layer, a source electrode and a drain electrode, and an upper part of the thin film transistor is covered with a passivation layer. The active layer of the thin film transistor is an oxide semiconductor. The passivation layer includes at least one layer of an inorganic insulation thin film or an organic insulation thin film. The array substrate can effectively avoid influence on the oxide semiconductor given by a hydrogen group, maximally improve safety of the entire TFT device and improve a yield of a final product. |
