A method for preventing the early and late spontaneous abortions in the patients with polycystic ovary syndrome in the setting of the insulin resistance provides for diagnosing the pregnancy in the patients who received the treatment of infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome in the setting of the insulin resistance. The patients are provided with Magne-Bat a dose of 2 tablets twice a day since the detection of the pregnancy until the week 22 continuously.
