The present invention relates to mixed soil for slope afforestation and a slope afforestation method using the same and, specifically, to novel mixed soil for slope afforestation which coherence with positive ions in soil is increased by treating to increase a negative charge rate in woodchips and adding blast furnace sludge, and economic efficiency is improved by adding grass clippings processed as wastes.
