The present invention relates to a hydrogel mask sheet with an uneven surface and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically to a hydrogel mask sheet which has various forms of uneven surfaces to have excellent adhesion and prevents a take-off of the hydrogel from the water, and a manufacturing method thereof. Provided is a hydrogel mask sheet having unevenness on the surface of a hydrogel matrix. The hydrogel mask sheet comprises an upper film, a lower film, and a hydrogel matrix between the upper and lower films. The unevenness on the surface of the hydrogel matrix corresponds to the unevenness of the upper or lower films. |
