The present invention includes a plurality of vertical members vertically arranged to form a structure surrounding an outer portion of a steel power; a plurality of horizontal members connected with the vertical members to form the structure surrounding the outer portion of the steel tower and horizontally arranged; a plurality of brackets including an upper connection hole part, a lower connection hole part, a first horizontal connection hole part, and a second horizontal connection hole part, which are integrally formed with each other, to connect the vertical members with the horizontal members; a diagonal member for connecting the brackets with each other and for maintaining the connection state between the vertical and horizontal members; a detaching unit provided in the upper connection hole part, the lower connection hole part, the first horizontal connection hole part, and the second horizontal connection hole part to lock the vertical members or the horizontal members; a lower end support coupled with the bracket to support a lower portion of the structure formed by the vertical members, the horizontal members, and the diagonal members; a connection unit to connect the lower end support to the steel tower; an interval maintaining unit installed between the bracket and the steel tower to maintain the interval between the bracket and the steel tower; and an erroneous operation preventing unit provided in the bracket to expose or cover the detaching unit. |
