The present invention relates to sandwich mushroom wood, and more specifically, to a doughnut-shaped sandwich mushroom wood (1), in which sandwich mushroom seed grooves (23) are formed in a lumbered mushroom hardwood, mushroom seeds (2) are inoculated and cultured, and then mushrooms are cultivated. A sterilized hardwood (1) is cut at intervals of about 20 cm, and the tree bark (6) and the sapwood (5) are cut in a width of 13-15 mm while a core portion (8) remains, thereby forming doughnut-shaped sandwich inoculation grooves (23) for mushroom seeds (2). The mushroom seeds (2) are inoculated in the grooves (23), a sheath for preventing disease and insects and protecting the seeds (2) and a vinyl sheath (28) for moisturizing the mushroom wood (1) is formed at sites where the tree bark (6) of the mushroom wood (1) is removed. The mushroom wood (1) covered with the vinyl sheath are stacked while being erected or laid, and then the mushrooms are cultured at an optimum temperature for 1-2 months. The sandwich mushroom wood (1) of the present invention has effects of allowing people to cultivate mushrooms promptly by configuring the mushroom wood (1) within a short period of 1-2 months, and being used as an ornament. |
