A method for manufacturing ultra high-tensile steel parts is provided. The provided method for manufacturing ultra high-tensile steel parts includes a step of providing a blank which is cut from a steel sheet; a step of cold-forming the blank in a shape corresponding to a finished product; a step of fixating the cold formed materials to multiple pallets; a step of moving the pallets to a heating chamber and heating up the formed materials in the heating chamber with a predetermined temperature; a step of moving the pallets to a cooling chamber and cooling down the formed materials in the cooling chamber; and a step of correcting the sizes of the formed materials which are deformed in the thermal and cooling processes.
