The present invention relates to an elbow assembly piece for forming an elbow by butt-welding, comprising a lower elbow assembly piece having a horizontal butt joint; and an upper elbow assembly piece having a butt joint at upward tilt angles, thereby enabling workers to weld the elbow assembly piece by looking at the elbow assembly piece sideways, which is laid in a horizontal direction. The present invention provides an elbow assembly piece and a method for manufacturing an elbow using the same to enable workers to lay the elbow assembly pieces on the ground to face each other and to manufacturing them into an elbow by looking at them sideways as the growth of a bead is stabilized without molten metal flowing down from a V-shaped groove. |
