PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hard coat film that has high transparency and fingerprint resistance performance as a surface material for a touch panel such as a mobile phone, a smart phone, a tablet terminal and the like.SOLUTION: In a hard coat film having a hard coat layer provided on at least one surface of a base material, the hard coat layer is formed by applying and drying a coating liquid containing at least (a) a compound polymerized by ionization radiation, (b) hydrophobic polyfunctional polymeric resin polymerized by the ionization radiation and (c) a true spherical silica particle generated by a vapor phase synthetic method on the base material, and subsequently curing the dried coating liquid with irradiation of the ionization radiation. Further, the hard coat film has an average particle diameter of the true spherical silica article that ranges from 10nm to 30nm. |
