PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism enabling decoding of an encrypted file without transmitting, at every time, a password for an encrypted file attached to a mail.SOLUTION: An information processing device includes: management means for managing a password table in which a password corresponding to a transmission-origin address is registered; obtainment means for obtaining a received mail of a user receiving a mail; determination means for determining, in the case of the received mail including an attached file, whether the attached file is encrypted; extraction means for extracting, from the managed password table, a password corresponding to the transmission-origin address of an encrypted attached file if determined that the attached file is encrypted; decryption means for decrypting the encrypted attached file by using the extracted password; and transmission means for transmitting a mail including the decrypted attached file to the user.
