PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently supply a necessary tool to a working station of a machine tool although the whole assembly has a compact structure form.SOLUTION: A permanent tool support 23 and a non-permanent support 27 of a station distal magazine unit 22 have a storing part for a tool transferred between a station distal magazine unit 22 and a station proximal magazine unit 12. In order to take out and/or deliver the tool 15 transferred between the station distal magazine unit 22 and the station proximal magazine unit 12, the permanent tool support 23 is formed so that a tool handling device can always approach, and the non-permanent tool support 27 is formed so that the same tool handing device can temporarily and additively approach the permanent tool support 23.
