PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotor of a magnet-embedded rotary electric machine in which an electromagnetic steel sheet can be prevented from floating axially in an outer circumferential part thereof in a rotor core configured by laminating the electromagnetic steel sheet.SOLUTION: A rotor core 20 is configured by axially laminating an electromagnetic steel sheet, is made cylindrical and comprises a flux barrier 26 while embedding permanent magnets 27 in the core. An end plate 30 is disposed at an axial end side of the rotor core 20, and the end plate 30 is pressed closer to the rotor core 20 by a nut 53. At a position of an outermost diameter part in a portion of the end plate 30 opposing the rotor core 20, a protrusion 34 is formed and turned toward the rotor core 20 axially in comparison with a position of an innermost diameter part. |
