<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone answering evaluation system capable of selecting voices for which an instruction for improvement is required, a telephone answering evaluation method and a program.SOLUTION: The telephone answering evaluation system for evaluating answers to telephone calls comprises: a terminal for an operator which transmits voice data from the start of answering telephone calls by the operators to the end of answering; a telephone call recording device for generating and storing voice files recording therein the voice data from the terminal for the operator; and a voice evaluation device which acquires a non-evaluated voice file from the telephone call recording device, discriminates the acquired non-evaluated voice file on the basis of an evaluation condition registered beforehand, generates voice evaluation information including a discrimination result, and storing the corresponding voice file in the telephone call recording device while relating the voice evaluation information to the voice file.</p> |
