There is provided an isolated antibody that binds to the extracellular domain of PDGFR² and neutralizes PDGFR² activity, said antibody comprising a V L domain comprising CDRs LCDR1, LCDR2, and LCDR3 and a V H domain comprising CDRs HCDR1, HCDR2, and HCDR3, wherein:
LCDR1 has the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 433, optionally the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 443;
LCDR2 has the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 434;
