<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical scanner that realizes accurate scanning with less distortion even in the case of wide-rage scanning, and to provide a measuring system using the same.SOLUTION: A first optical element 73 to be arranged on a light emission side of a first polygon mirror 71 reduces an angle range of a light ray entering a reflection surface 72a of a second polygon mirror 72, and a second optical element 74 to be arranged on the light emission side of the second polygon mirror 72 proportionally returns an angle of the light ray before entering the first optical element 73. Therefore, an optical scanner can perform scanning at an accurate angle by reducing distortion in an emission direction even if each angle range of scanning by the first and second polygon mirrors 71 and 72 becomes comparatively large.</p> |
