PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support a coolant pipe for guiding a coolant at a predetermined position of a rotary electric machine by an easy method.SOLUTION: A terminal board 38 is attached to a case opening 40 of a transaxle case 36 housing a rotary electric machine 12. A relay conductor for relaying electric wiring at the interior and the exterior of the transaxle case 36 is disposed at the terminal board 38. Further, a support part 56 for supporting a coolant pipe 26 is provided at the terminal board 38. The coolant pipe 26 is passed through a through hole 58 provided at the support part 56 thereby being supported by the support part 56.
