SEPARATOR ELECTRODE INTEGRATED ELEMENT, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND CAPACITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode integrated element which is used for an electric/electronic component such as a battery or a capacitor corresponding to high capacitance and large output so as to indicate electrical/chemical stability, prevents the capacity thereof from being reduced with thinning, reduces internal resistance, improves compactness and heat resistance, and also improves electric efficiency, a manufacturing method thereof and further a capacitor employing the same.SOLUTION: A separator electrode integrated element is configured by laminating a negative electrode layer, a separator layer, and a positive electrode layer. The negative electrode layer and the positive electrode layer are formed from aromatic polyamide pulp, carbonaceous material, and fluororesin, and the separator layer is formed from aromatic polyamide. The separator electrode integrated element is characterized in that the negative electrode layer, the separator layer, and the positive electrode layer are joined with each other by at least partially melting or softening the fluororesin of the negative electrode layer and the positive electrode layer. The negative electrode layer is formed by mixing and paper-making the aromatic polyamide pulp, the carbonaceous material, and the fluororesin, the separator layer is molded thereon by paper-making aromatic polyamide short fibers and/or aromatic polyamide pulp and further, and the positive electrode layer is molded and laminated thereon by mixing and paper-making the aromatic polyamide pulp, the carbonaceous material, and the fluororesin. Otherwise, in a reverse order, the positive electrode layer, the separator layer, and the negative electrode layer are laminated with paper-making to join the layers, thereby manufacturing the separator electrode integrated element. Further, a capacitor employing the separator electrode integrated element is also disclosed.
