PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to smooth display of moving image content according to a request in a terminal, when the moving image content is downloaded from a server to the terminal through a communication network to reproduce the content.SOLUTION: A terminal device 2 comprises: a display unit 23 for displaying moving image content by using content data having mesh model data or skeleton moving data having a definition-level hierarchy structure; a terminal capability estimation unit 21 for estimating information processing capability of the terminal device itself; and a display control unit 22 for, on the basis of the estimated information processing capability, determining a hierarchy of the mesh model data or the skeleton moving data used for display of the moving image content by the display unit 23.
