PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a start-up of an application by enabling a retrieved result to be narrowed down to one name as much as possible upon searching for a name of the application even when a full matching search is unsuccessful.SOLUTION: A name list of applications installed in an information processing device is stored. When starting up a first application, a name of the first application and names listed in the name list are compared with each other one by one. A name of an application including all of a character group constituting the name of the first application and being not the same is registered in an exclusion name list 104, and a search expression 106 is generated on the basis of the exclusion name list.
