The present invention relates to an integrated coal-gasification combined-cycle power generation type fuel cell system, that is a gas supplying method using methanation reaction and a system using the same. In particular, methane is generated from the methanation process and supplied to be used for an internal reformed type molten carbonate fuel cell, thereby stabilizing the process stability of the system. Also, exhaust gas discharged from the anode of the molten carbonate fuel cell is re-supplied to a gas refining and separating unit without separate combustion and re-circulated by the methanation process, thereby improving system efficiency.
