Disclosed are an adaptive freight delivery decision system and a method of providing the system. The adaptive freight delivery decision system comprises a reference operation specifying module, a delivery requesting module, an extracting module, and a control module. The reference operation specifying module specifies a reference operation path of a freight car at a predetermined time point. The delivery requesting module specifies a delivery request list including at least one of a delivery request, which includes freight information of a freight to be delivered, a destination of the freight, and a delivery charge. The extracting module determines a freight state of the freight car, and determines a possible delivery request from the at least one delivery request included in the freight request list based on the determined freight state and freight information included in each of the at least one deliver request. The control module specifies a delivery operation path, when a freight delivery corresponding to the possible delivery request extracted by the extracting module is performed, and calculates a delivery profit which is determined by the reference operation path and the delivery operation path. |
