The present invention relates to a shape memory heating substrate and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the present invention relates to a shape memory heating substrate which includes a shape memory polymer substrate; a first electrode which is formed on the shape memory polymer substrate; a heating conductive layer which is formed on the first electrode and include at least one kind among a carbon nanotube and a metal nanowire; and a second electrode which is formed on the heating conductive layer and a manufacturing method thereof. Because electric conductivity is high, a heating driving process even in a low voltage is carried out. Because it is light and has excellent flexibility, it is applied to a flexible display and is used for a heating element for restoring the shape of a display substrate. |
