PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging element having a favorable weather resistance, a high embedding friendliness, and a high light extraction efficiency.SOLUTION: The provided composition comprises a hydrolyzate of at least one type of silane selected from the group consisting of those expressed by the formula (1) and formula (2) and/or a condensate thereof. A composition for film formation using the same composition is also provided. An electronic device, a solid-state imaging element, a high-refractive-index layer of a display for antireflection or light extraction, and an LED element each including a film obtained from the composition for film formation are also provided. |
