PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth a network load in a data transmission.SOLUTION: The data transmitter includes: an acquisition part that acquires data to be received via a network in accordance with a reception of a first transmittance request of the data to be received via the network; a transmission part that transmits the acquired data to a source of the first transmission request; a storage part that stores the acquired data; and a delete part that deletes one part of the data in the midway through the data from the storage part. In accordance with a second transmission request of the data, the acquisition part acquires the one part via the network at a rate slower than a case where all of the data is acquired, and in accordance with the second transmission request thereof, the transmission part transmits the one part to be acquired by the acquisition part to a source of the second transmission request, following a residual part excluding the one part of the data. |
