<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method by which lignin derivative that is thermally fusible and dissolves in organic solvent, can be easily produced from black liquor being alkaline aqueous solution produced during pulp production.SOLUTION: A production method of lignin derivative is provided, in which black liquor (A) being alkaline aqueous solution produced during pulp production and halohydrin derivative (B) represented by general formula (1) are used, and lignin contained in the (A) is reacted with the (B), where R1 is an alkyl group having 1 to 24 carbon atoms, AO is a group represented by an oxyalkylene group having 2 to 4 carbon atoms, X represents a halogen atom, and n represents an integer of 1 to 30.</p> |
