<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a communication throughput between a base station and a communication terminal through a satellite.SOLUTION: Triggered by the reception of a forward link signal by a receiver unit for receiving forward link signals, a generated transmission data is CDMA spread, and the CDMA-spread transmission data is delayed according to a transmission time slot. The delayed transmission data is frequency converted and transmitted to the base station. Using orthogonal coding start timing which is generated from time information obtained from either the satellite or GPS information obtained from a GPS satellite and is synchronized among the plurality of communication terminals, a transmitter unit randomly selects and supplies a spread code channel for use in an orthogonal code generator unit that generates an orthogonal code for use for CDMA spreading. Also, the transmitter unit randomly selects and supplies a time slot channel to be the basis of a time to delay the transmission data. Further, the transmitter unit randomly selects and supplies a frequency channel to be frequency converted.</p> |
