The present invention relates to mutant strains of a strengthened influenza virus. According to the present invention, the strengthened virus can be used to rate the effectiveness of the vaccine because a mouse shows significant weight loss or high mortality due to infection. The present invention in the A(H1N1)pdA/Korea/01/2009 virus is a virus which displaced 172th amino acid glycine (G) of hemagglutinin to glutaric acid (E).
