Disclosed are a positive electrode for a solid oxide fuel cell, a production method of the same, and the solid oxide fuel cell including the same. A buffering effect against thermal impact is applied to the positive electrode by forming patterns on the positive electrode, thereby providing the fuel cell with improved durability. The positive electrode for the solid oxide fuel cell includes a mixed conductive material, and has a structure in a pattern form. A unit body of the pattern is in a shape surrounded by a looped curve.
