The present invention provides a method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device which includes the steps of: forming a first plastic layer on the entire surface of a substrate on which a first pixel region is defined; forming a first opening part on the first pixel region by patterning the first plastic layer; forming a first organic light emitting layer on the entire surface of the first plastic layer with the first opening part; and forming a first organic light emitting pattern with regard to the first opening part by detaching and removing the first plastic layer from the substrate.
