PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply system in which occurrence of air entrainment in a fuel pump can be prevented, even if the fuel pump is disposed on the side of a fuel tank.SOLUTION: In a fuel sub-tank 23, chamber A 29 and chamber B 30 are formed. The chamber A 29 and chamber B 30 are communicating in the upper space in the fuel sub-tank 23. The chamber A 29 is fully filled with liquid fuel. The liquid fuel overflowing the chamber A is stored in the chamber B 30. A fuel supply pump 48 is interposed in a fuel supply path 47. At startup of the fuel supply pump 48, the chamber A 29 and the fuel supply path 47 are interconnected. During operation after normal startup of the fuel supply pump 48, i.e., during normal operation of the fuel supply pump 48, the chamber B 30 and the fuel supply path 47 are interconnected. |
