The purpose of the present invention is to improve the durability of a dressed brick wall or a concrete wall by coating the dressed brick wall or the concrete wall in order to prevent the walls from water permeation or foreign material adsorption. An outer wall waterproofing method prepared by the present invention comprises a base surface arranging step (S1) for arranging a base surface; a masonry joint repairing step (S2) for repairing a separated part or a broken part on the base surface arranged in the base surface arranging step (S1) by filling with protective mortar; an inorganic silicon coating agent coating step (S3) for coating an inorganic silicon coating agent on the base surface whose repair has been completed in the masonry joint repairing step (S2); and a drying step (S4) for drying the inorganic silicon coating agent coated on the base surface in the inorganic silicon coating agent coating step (S3) and maintaining the dried state. The inorganic silicon coating agent is composed of distilled water, a coating agent, a stain preventing agent, a surfactant, an adhesion increasing agent, and a dispersing agent. The coating agent comprises 100 parts by weight of the distilled water; 45-60 parts by weight of dimethylsiloxane; 10-20 parts by weight of methyltrimethoxysilane; 10-18 parts by weight of butyl alcohol; 7-9 parts by weight of octyltriethoxysilane; and 7-9 parts by weight of tetrabutyl titanate. The stain preventing agent comprises 100 parts by weight of the distilled water and 10-25 parts by weight of diethoxy hydromethly silane. The surfactant comprises 100 parts by weight of the distilled water; 3-5 parts by weight of polyoxyethylene ether; and 3-5 parts by weight of methoxy poly-oxyethylene methacrylate. |
