PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage address information of a communication terminal even after the address information of the communication terminal which a management device manages is changed.SOLUTION: The management device communicates with a communication terminal using address information of the communication terminal through a communication device and manages the address information of the communication terminal. The management device has: address information prediction means which predicts the address information of the communication terminal when the address information of the communication terminal is changed; and response request means which requests a response to the communication terminal using the address information which is predicted by the address information prediction means.
