PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate fixing structure which can easily attach and detach even a substrate arranged in an arbitrary hierarchy position, in substrates having a three dimensional hierarchy structure.SOLUTION: A substrate fixing structure includes: a first spacer for supporting a first layer substrate and a second layer substrate; a first screw for fixing the first layer substrate to one end of the first spacer; a second screw for fixing the second layer substrate to the another end of the first spacer; a second spacer for supporting the second layer substrate and a third layer substrate; a third screw for fixing the second layer substrate to one end of the second spacer; and a fourth screw for fixing the third layer substrate to the another end of the second spacer. A shaft of the first spacer in a hierarchy direction of the substrates and a shaft of the second spacer in the hierarchy direction of the substrates are independent of each other. A through hole having an opening larger than the screw head of the second screw is formed at a position on an extension line of the shaft of the first spacer in the hierarchy direction of the substrates. |
