PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need of a CTI server.SOLUTION: An operation terminal 2 has: a distribution type database 23 which stores information including customer information and information used in an application; a server processing request section which receives operation by an operator and requests various processing; and a server processing execution section which executes processing applicable using the information in the distribution type database 23 in accordance with the request by the server processing request section.
