PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic operation control system of a radiation cooling/heating apparatus, capable of controlling operation of the apparatus so as to obtain a predicted necessary water temperature based on weather forecast information.SOLUTION: The automatic operation control system of the radiation cooling/heating apparatus includes acquisition means for acquiring weather forecast data after predetermined time on an installation place of the radiation cooling/heating apparatus on the basis of weather forecast information and means for predicting a necessary water temperature of cold water or hot water supplied to a cooling or heating source and controls operation of the radiation cooling/heating apparatus so as to obtain the predicted necessary water temperature.
