PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To absorb variation of vertical positions of a roof panel, and easily determine a position of a roof rail fastening part on a roof molding-free body.SOLUTION: A fastening structure 10 of a roof rail for a vehicle includes a through hole 54 formed on an inner side in a vehicle width direction from a junction part 48 to a roof side rail 30 of a roof panel 20 of a roof molding-free body 12. A roof rail fastening part 60B is arranged in a position beneath the through hole 54 and apart from the roof panel 20. A roof rail 14 is fastened and fixed to the roof rail fastening part 60B by a fastening tool 16 inserted in the through hole 54. The roof rail 14 is in a non-contact state with the roof panel 20. A water cut-off seal 18 (an annular gasket 78, and right and left water cut-off lips 80) formed of elastic material is interposed between the roof panel 20 and the roof rail 14. |
