PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a communication efficiency during direct communication.SOLUTION: The radio terminal device is used in a radio communication system comprised of a radio controller and a plurality of radio terminal devices and includes a control section that sets to perform first direct communication between a first radio terminal device and a second radio terminal device and second direct communication between a third radio terminal device and a fourth radio terminal device and starts the second direct communication while the first direct communication is being performed.
