PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an image sensor capable of achieving excellent production efficiency.SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing an image sensor includes (step A) for sticking a heat-resistant protective tape including a first base material layer and a first adhesive layer laminated on one surface thereof to one surface of a glass plate, so that the first adhesive layer becomes the glass plate side, (step B) for obtaining a cover glass to which the heat-resistant protective tape is stuck by dicing the glass plate to a predetermined size, and (step C) for installing the cover glass on the light-receiving surface of a package housing a solid state image sensor so that the surface to which the heat-resistant protective tape is stuck becomes the outside. |
