PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve throughput of printing processes by a printing part when a plurality of print jobs are received in succession while suppressing random change in ending order of the printing processes differently from the reception order of print jobs.SOLUTION: A variable data RIP engine 114 and a bit-map expansion module 115 process print data before RIP conversion and print data after the RIP conversion in parallel and after the processes end, a print engine 117 performs printing processes for the print data in the reception order of print jobs. Consequently, the process for the print data by the variable data RIP engine 114 is completed before the print engine 117 finishes executing the printing process for the print data that the bit-map development module 117 has processed, and the printing engine 117 is made to the printing process successively without any break, thereby improving the throughput. |
