<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve energy saving while satisfying comfort of the people in object space.SOLUTION: In a control device 3, a comparison unit 34 compares outside air temperature of outside air temperature information acquired at an outside air temperature acquisition unit 332 with an outside air temperature threshold value preset at a threshold value setting unit 32. A first information acquisition unit 371 acquires ON operation information indicating that an ON-operation of active equipment 1 has been performed. An equipment control unit 35 performs passive control when the outside air temperature is within a temperature range on the side more comfortable than the outside air temperature threshold value. When the outside air temperature is within a temperature range on the side more uncomfortable than the outside air temperature threshold value, the equipment control unit 35 performs passive control until an ON-operation is performed, and when the ON-operation is performed, it performs active control. The passive control is control performing natural environment utilizing control to passive equipment 2 by performing OFF-control to the active equipment 1. The active control is control performing ON-control to the active equipment 1.</p> |
